Optional Special Cutting Heades for TR-M Series

Creasing Knife

Used for creasing corrugated cardboard or other corrugated materials. Different pressure wheels are available for varying effects, suitable for packaging or other shaping processes.

Electric Vibrating Knife

Operates via a high-speed motor driving the blade in high-frequency vibrations to cut materials. It’s ideal for medium-density materials and comes standard with the TR-M machines.

Pneumatic Knife

Operates via compressed air for high-frequency vibrations, cutting tough, dense materials up to 60mm thick. It’s similar to the electric vibrating knife but with stronger cutting capability.

Oblique Knife

Designed for corrugated cardboard and other composite sandwich materials. The blade angle is adjustable (0°, 15°, 22.5°, 30°, 45°).

Active Wheel Knife

Cuts materials smoothly without fraying or burrs, suitable for various woven materials. It can be equipped with circular or 10-angle blades.

Pointed Knife

Efficient in cutting materials up to 5mm thick. It offers a good cost-performance ratio with lower costs and comes in four models.

Spring Knife

Ideal for cutting adhesive label materials. It cuts through the top layer without damaging the underlying layer.
