At Mintech, we are committed to the quality and performance of all our CNC equipment, providing our customers with reliable warranty and service support.
1. Standard Warranty
Warranty Period
Mintech provides a limited one-year warranty on parts and labor from the date of equipment delivery (unless otherwise agreed in writing), applicable under normal use and maintenance conditions.
Warranty Coverage
Covers mechanical, electrical, and control system components due to material or workmanship defects.
Defective parts verified by Mintech will be repaired or replaced free of charge, with Mintech covering shipping costs (customers must return the parts in the original packaging and provide a description of the issue along with the original purchase proof).
Warranty Service
Remote support via phone or video guidance is provided as the primary service method.
If on-site service is required, Mintech will dispatch a certified technician; travel expenses are the customer’s responsibility (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
Exclusions
Normal wear and consumables (e.g., laser lenses, bits, chucks, collets, tool holders, spindle bearings, etc.)
Damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized modifications
Damage caused by external factors (power surges, floods, fire, etc.)
Customers must notify Mintech by email or written notice within 3 business days of discovering an issue, providing the original purchase proof and the machine serial number.
Mintech reserves the right to inspect the equipment to validate the claim.
Liability Limitation
Mintech’s warranty liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts only. Mintech is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Premium Care
Extends coverage to 24 months
Includes preventative maintenance visits
Priority technical support with a 48-hour response guarantee
Total Protection Plan
Extends coverage to 36 months
Includes all Premium Care benefits
24-hour response guarantee
Annual operator training session
3. Software Support & Updates
Mintech CNC machines include software with basic technical support and troubleshooting.
Software updates (new features, performance improvements, bug fixes) are provided periodically or on demand.
Software updates are not covered under hardware warranty. Mintech is not responsible for data loss caused by user error or software updates.
Follow Mintech guidelines for software operation and updates to ensure proper machine performance.

5. Preventative Maintenance Recommendations
Perform maintenance according to the machine manual schedule
Use only approved lubricants, coolants, and parts
Maintain operation logs as recommended
Have certified technicians perform preventative maintenance annually
