TrophySmack loves our Mintech 150W CO2 Laser! Since acquiring this laser we've been able to launch a new product line that's paid for the laser 4 times over in UNDER 6 MONTHS! Mintech USA provided excellent white glove delivery and setup service, along with training on the specifics of their configuration. Their concierge support service is responsive and always puts the customer needs first! The machine itself has fantastic cutting capabilities for such a compact footprint. And the depth engraving on both acrylic and crystal is obscene! Unlike many others out there, they chose a proper set of high quality components. Under the hood you'll find proper ball screws, Mitsubishi Servos, a legitimate Ruida controller, and their system is configurable to utilize your shop air system! (Just ask!) Regular maintenance is a breeze, as everything is readily accessible. The laser is 100% LightBurn compatible out of the crate allowing for an efficient and user friendly workflow. I can't say enough good things about our overall experience.
